• Last night after the Tonight Show ended and before Late Night began, Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno got on the phone and performed a Tonight Show rendition of “Tonight, Tonight.” (NOT the Smashing Pumpkins’ version, which maybe some of you thought when you read it the first time.) -LateNight
  • FilmDrunk recreated the plot of Tyler Perry’s newest release, Temptation, with reviews of Temptation. Check it out and see if it’s something you’d like to see in theaters just kidding, that isn’t the point of this! -FilmDrunk
  • Another red band trailer for This Is the End was released today and it looks great. -/Film
  • HyperVocal correctly points out that most of this “Howling Fat Men of the Coen Brothers” supercut is mainly John Goodman, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth watching! If it sounds like something you’d be interested in! -HyperVocal
  • The Week put together six ways The Walking Dead could improve, but from everything I’ve ever heard about the show it is pretty much perfect? Not really sure where they’re coming from here. -TheWeek
  • Uhhhhhhhhh, I think this tiny story about Courtney Stodden is NSFW and it is also NSFEyes and NSFHearts because oh my goodness won’t anyone parent this child?! Doug! Aren’t you supposed to be raising her! -Dlisted

  1. I wonder if it bothers Doug that Courtney was posing nude with a much younger man.

  2. Did anyone else think that kid died during Jimmy Kimmel Live?

  3. Ok. There isn’t a good place to ask this question, so I’m going to ask it here. Is anyone else kinda creeped out by the guy in the levi’s ad on the left side? There’s something about the combination of motorcycle helmet and mismatched gloves that is unsettling.

  4. Actually, Kelly. The song is just called “Tonight.”*

*This is basically a running joke between Just Desserts and myself at trivia, because I have an unprecedented run of getting every question involving musicals right.

  5. The link for the thing I care about most in the list (This is the End) actually goes to the thing I care about least (Tyler Perry) and it makes me sad.

  6. We thought it was the Smashing P’s version ’cause you tricked us since the West Side Story one is called “Tonight”. APRIL FOOLS’ DAY IS OVER PLZ STOP IT

  7. The magazine Ms. Stodden is posing in, “Girls and Corpses”, is exactly the kind of throwback faux retro Hollywood bullshit that makes me forever happy that I left. To see that it’s praised by G4 and Eli Roth and Troma is the goddamn icing on that nightmare cake.

I do not have the energy to go into my visceral hate for the world of vanity project “tongue in cheek” misogynist crap that exists like this, but I have been adjacent to it so many times professionally and socially that my face feels like it will explode. I am honestly surprised idiot editors and self-published jackasses I know aren’t involved in this. I hate the publishing/entertainment/fame world that allows this kind of crap to exist *so much.* It’s not clever. It’s not satirical. It’s just lame.
