Some say he seems tweaked out on drugs, but I think he’s the physical embodiment of a really really bad hangover:

By the way, how excited are we all to find out who Kelly’s kid is tonight? It’s probably Brandon because he calls her from Belize, but it could be Dylan just because Luke Perry seems to really need work. One thing’s for sure: that curly blonde mop-top is a red herring if I’ve ever seen one — it’s definitely not Steve! Sigh. I can’t wait for that show to be canceled.
