In just four and a half years, West has transformed himself from a regular human being with a narcissistic hunger for international recognition to fill the void of his standard-issue “life” into a famous human being whose narcissistic hunger is fulfilled enough that he can “have fun” with it (in the pursuit of even more recognition and all-consumingly-desirable attention).
