They are old, they all look like athletes even though they chain smoke and binge drink, They look pensive, nothing happens for most of the episode, they talk about how some old product is going to be revolutionary, something not-so-boring happens, show ends.

I don’t know why people are afraid to call this a bad show. Something sloppy happens and they are quick to call it an “homage to 60s film & television” without actually mentioning what it is an homage to. Maybe it’s good when people get runover with lawnmowers and people poop on other people’s chairs but otherwise this show gets a lot of benefit of the doubt just because it has a different premise. No one gave Hellcats this much leeway. I don’t get it.
