I’ve never read the Twilight books, but I’ve seen the first movie and The Hunger Games seem alot better to me just based on that little bit of input. I mean, there a teen protagonist but that’s kind of the whole point of the books, the government flexing their power by stealing away the citizens children. They wouldn’t be as effective otherwise. I didn’t realize the apparent stigma of reading these before getting them on my very serious adult kindle.
I’ll be over that way with my nose in the corner.
What’s the age cut-off for enjoying these books before I publicly admit to anything incriminating?

How did Splice make the cut? I mean, it might have a few absurd plot twists but you can’t say it’s not a well made interesting movie, It seems like the WMOAT has slowly turned into the Hunt For The Movie I Saw And Liked But Didn’t Love A Couple Days Ago.
How come when Ashley Simpson gets busted lip synching it’s a big deal but when Eminem does it no one even mentions it. I didn’t bother with their second song but Eminem was OBVIOUSLY not singing/rapping that first song.
All bullshit aside, Joe Rogan is actually a very thoughtful dude(sometimes) who has some incredibly deep discussions on his podcast relating to life,death,the universe,humanities struggle to find meaning in this world, etc. If you only know him from Fear Factor though I guess I could see you not liking him. I personally think he has the best podcast going these days after Comedy Bang Bang and Bill Burrs Monday Morning Podcast.
