Fun Blockbuster story – I once received a letter from a debt collection agency trying to recover the 33 cents I owed Blockbuster on a video (I’m old) I had returned late and apparently only partially paid for. I wonder if this excellent use of resources has anything to do with Blockbuster’s stunning continued success.

Agreed. I really loved his depiction of a self-important and rather incompetent middle manager because it was just so real ? ham & all. Plus, it?s always fun to see my fellow pencil-pushing bureaucrats get a little cinematic love.
