Also, Kate’s name wasn’t associated with a number. I know we know this and have already talked about. What I can’t remember is – wasn’t there some point where someone mentioned that she wasn’t wanted because she wasn’t good? Like, her name didn’t make some list at some point in the series? Probably because Jacob told her not to steal and she did anyway.

The best part of this (really good!) episode was that Jack wasn’t in it.

Hopefully, bringing the Jim Halpert we know and love back will save the show. Probably not. Because, the baby.

I second that. I love these recaps!

I didn’t even get past Michael Cera in this list. I’m sure he’s a really big jerk who used to be really awesome but then it got to his head. Also, because Jersey Shore.

So, I guess Shannon and Boone never slept together in alternate reality land. Thank goodness.

I was thinking that maybe Miles had some sort of radiation poisoning when he was on the island as the cutest little baby and that’s why he hears dead people. But. Nope. Because he still had a super long listening session with Juliet and then only decided to very vaguely impart, “It worked.”

Or was he a slave on the Black Rock? Were the chains Locke refers to actual physical chains and not figurative chains? I like figurative chains way better than physical ones.

Was anyone else waiting for Richard age a billion years in one second after Jacob dies and he’s set free?

I still don’t know if I’m Team Jacob or Team Smokey. This shit wrinkles my brain.

So sad that Charlie is going to turn out to be a totally different person in alternate reality land.

Julie & Julia should have just been Julia & Her Adorable Husband. Because Julie was the worst.

What the heck is it you are trying to say?

I would like to nominate Garden State. You can tell Natalie Portman is super unique and wonderful because she wears a helmet and makes funny noises. Please.

I was very much hoping the Senor Chang was really dead.

He’s in an episode also. “Who told?”

It’s time to start concentrating on Andy and Erin in The Office. Or bring back not-so-serious Jim.

Last night’s Office was actually my favorite of the season. Which isn’t saying much.

I liked it a lot and I didn’t like it a lot. As said, it was a beautiful movie – a feast for the eyes. But it was also slow moving and a bit depressing. I thought Max was wonderful – he seemed to be a very realistic child to me. I especially loved the scene where he loses it on Judith. But the Wild Things, though clear representations of human emotions, weren’t quite as wild or as grand as I imagined them to be.
I thought the movie would be deep, but also sort of light-hearted and fun. Instead, it was just – deep?

Um. Seriously, Gabe? Hook is probably in the Top Ten Best Movies of all Top Ten Best Movies. Again… Ru-fi-oooooo!

I’m no good at Photoshop. So someone just, please do one with the Smoke Monster, and maybe put Alex’s face in there too, for kicks?

OMG you guys. I thought it was absolutely fantastic – much better than any of the other Potter films for a variety of reasons.

Now, you must understand. I’ve never gone into a Potter movie expecting it to be exactly like the book. Maybe this is why I come out of them not at all disappointed, while a lot of other fans come out pissed. A LOT was changed about this movie. But then again, a lot wasn’t changed. I thought that all scenes, added or deleted, were fantastic in conveying the feel of the 6th book and the entire series.

Surprisingly enough, the kids learned how to act for this movie! Actually, I think Rupert was always better than the other two. But Daniel was FANTASTIC and hilariously funny. And Emma realized that breathing really heavily isn’t actually acting. The three of them were amazing. Tom Felton – he stole the entire movie. He was – beyond words super amazing.

Though it was probably the darkest, and creepiest of all the Potter movies (Katie Bell and that necklace was ****ED! and so are the Infieri), it’s also probably the funniest and the most relatable. The characters interact with each other in such a realistic 16 year old way. The movie was fun. Very fun.
