Robert Z’Dar! I was like, “He looks like that guy from those MST3K movies.” Robert Z’Dar!
So Martin Freeman lost to Tom Berenger, and Benny Cumby to Kevin Costner? My wife is pretty upset about this, but as a fan of Major League and Bull Durham I am cool with it.
They had to save a couple bucks for Treat Williams.
I had a huge crush on Jancee Dunn.
I worked at a bookstore for 10 years, and we had a bunch of famous authors in for signings. Stephen King was probably the most famous. He swore a bunch, but was really nice to the staff. Mitch Albom was an a-hole. WAIT! Did I say Stephen King was the most famous? I forgot about the kid’s event with Dave Coulier.
Well I guess I know what I will be talking about when I get to hang-out with January. My wife did this after our son was born. I was the lucky guy who dehydrated the placenta, ground it into dust, and placed it into capsules. We regularly have tea with Gandalf, and Julian Sands. Seriously though my wife felt great while she was popping the pills.
As soon as I read the title I thought, “I bet it’s Kelly & Company.” Sure enough there’s Marilyn Turner. Too bad it wasn’t John Kelly so everyone could see his awesome perm.
I caught the last 10 minutes of this episode, and here’s what I saw:
- The Neil Daily Double when Alex told him to relax.
- Emma answer “What is The Revolutionary War?” for a question about the Liberty Bell ringing in 1763 to mark the end of The French and Indian War. Which by the way had another classic Neil moment.
and
- Brooke answer “What is segregation?” to the Final Jeopardy question about a Naval Officer from New Zealand placing the final signature on the document to end World War II.
Someone please tell me this whole episode is available to watch somewhere!
Start being bored….now. The ICP site always mentions the parodies, and how much of an honor it is to be on SNL. Shhhhh….no one tell them that we are laughing AT them. If they find out we will all be covered in Faygo.
I never knew Pittsburgh was so important to the whole 2012 thingy. http://tinyurl.com/28px8ek Thanks crazy rich white lady with a huge phone! *this post may not be edited

” Homer: Aw, the Denver Broncos!
Marge: I think owning the Denver Broncos is pretty good.
Homer: Yeah, yeah.
Marge: Well, explain to me why it isn’t.
Homer: (Sighs) You just don’t understand football, Marge”
The Broncos won the next two Super Bowls, so good work Homer!
