Find Me On:
Burton! That’s my old dorm. I spent many a night stoned in that old Burton basement.
I’m so sorry for your loss. What an amazing, talented, brilliant, and hilarious human being.
Fast, Cheap and Out of Control
Also, Grimes has huge nipples.
And check out all his Fresh Air interviews with Terry Gross– there are several of them and they are all FANTASTIC
There are two things I can always count on: 1. People who say they are “quitting Facebook for a while” are always back on the next week. 2. Every straight couple who says they won’t marry until gay marriage is legal gets married anyway.
Except that they would never introduce themselves by name. It’s an unwritten rule of dog parks that you know all the dogs’ names and everything about them but nothing of the people accompanying them.
What I do find odd is why is Scott Rudin the one responding to this (and in such an inarticulate and douchey way)? I’d never let that happen on my watch.
I don’t know- speaking as a publicist, a writer breaking an embargo is a big deal. You give them stuff early and they agree not to publish before a certain date. That’s the business contract. I’d be HUGELY pissed if a journalist broke an embargo we agreed to. And as a former film publicist, a lot of effort and coordination goes into the release of a film. You want a big blitz when the movie opens. If all the PR happens a month beforehand, it can really affect the buzz about the film once it’s finally in theaters.
He also discussed this when he was interviewed before his “Not My Job” segment on Wait! Wait! Don’t Tell Me! if you want to hear it come out of his mouth directly. Love, NPR Nerd
John Powers (on Fresh Air) said it was the weirdest movie he ever saw and no one liked it at Cannes but no one could leave because it was mesmerizing how it kept getting weirder and weirder. http://www.npr.org/2011/05/25/136495173/john-powers-reflections-on-cannes-2011
They are union folks rallying in support of the Teamsters who are trying to organize the Target truckers.
“She’s only in the public eye because of her mom”- um, and whoring herself out to tabloids and jockeying to be on television shows like “Dancing with the Stars”. Yeah, just a normal girl that isn’t trying to be famous. Totally.
Oh, Casey, you have such serious indie film cred that you could never have run that tape over a DVD of “Titanic”.
I know Nao from the art-scene in SF, back in the day. Keep in mind she’s a performance artist. Performance is key.
Terri is Assistant Manager at Sheets and Things, which I think makes her character that much more perfect. Also, I got on a stalking spree last night and looked up all dance videos with Brittany (Heather Morris). Worth it.
Or just that the smoke monster was in existence before the invention of paper mache.
Rose and Bernard are living with Vincent in a little cabin. They made the conscious decision to take themselves out of the drama. It was a good decision.
Or maybe it’s not as good as I remember.
Give it a second chance. In & Out is actually really good. And I’m gay.
Sayid totally = Ponyo. I’d make a gif but I don’t know how to make gifs. I don’t even really know how to make a jpg. I’m old.
His legs were chained too.
Totes. And how Richard is supposedly trying to get people to choose to be good but then organizes the completely slaughter of the whole Dharma community? Oh, WHAT IS GOOD????
Why is everyone on this show always in crisis?
I actually met this guy last week and the answer is yes, he is giving away all the proceeds from the book as well.
