I just got around to watching last weeks episode of Southland, what a doozy as usual with bonus Major Dad. I hesitate to make an “Our Generation’s ________” joke for fear of detracting from the great stuff they do but John Cooper is our generation’s Coach Taylor. There I said it. They also just won a Peabody.
Sooo great, it was like living the book out (I imagine). Apart from all that star/acting power, the sounds were so perfect, anoraks as wings! Hope I didn’t ruin the magic for anyone.
