Agreed! That was by far the most terrifying thing I have ever witnessed on Gossip Girl, and that’s including Serena’s exboyfriend’s creepy mustache. I guess Dan did in fact inherit Rufus’s “natural rhythm” as Lily says (gross).
I heart you, Julie. These recaps are excellent! and are my favorite new feature on VG. I LOL’d so hard I got the hiccups, which is a strange thing that happens to me when I laugh too hard. The same happens to my mom, but not to anyone else in the world, as far as I can tell. That shit is in the DNA. *hic*
SO glad Videogum will be hatewatching this show! I watched it last night, because I apparently love to watch terrible shows (I really do), and I was thinking to myself the whole time, “I think maybe I’m going to like this show, because obvious terrible-ness….but wouldn’t it be great to hate along with a snarky Videogummer?” Yay Julie!
