Is it odd that I thought “The Office” won the night? Or at least came in second to P&R. I had that “life-threatening illness” feeling during most of Season 5 (especially the whole Andy/Dwight/Angela deal).
Anything approaching the bleakness of Seasons 1 & 2 or the British version makes this show great for me… the final shot of them celebrating out the limo’s sunroof as the camera pans to the stock ticker was kind of amazing, IMO

You know, this is Seth MacFarlane’s honest attempt at a classy live event: it was obviously going to be awful and tasteless, so my reactions were pretty subdued during the whole thing. But I literally gasped when this shit came up:

SO MANY PEOPLE! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!
laughed so hard at “Falcon NayNay”
the set design of that bedroom has some serious Tommy Wiseau influences
seconded. that fucking killed me.
P&R and commmunity were hilarious also…
The camera swoop at 0:21 fucking kills me every time… I’ve watched it five times in a row now. REAL DRAMA!
this is hilarious. but i think we all need more You Can Make It Up
or at least a separate You Can Make It Up spinoff Tumblr and subsequent announcement of a book deal replete with NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN You Can Make It Ups
i personally loved it, but everyone I talk to either really loves or really hates this show. it’s disappointing when you cannot agree with your friends/colleagues/monsters on where to set the quality bar!
is this the same kind of thing as the Tim and Eric Viewer Opinion Divide?




















I can’t wait until the final “What’s Up With Topher Grace” column (2012?) in which a “narrative payoff” rivaling a LOST season finale will be resolved in the form of a period after “syndication”
