It’s 2011 and I’ve just learned to loathe Seth McFarlane. I like the baby on Family Guy. I like the dog. But if I watch 2-3 episodes of this show in a row, I come out of it depressed. It’s negative, repulsive, and constantly outdoes itself. Classic is the epsode where the Family portrays characters in the early American founding of Quahog. Daddy Griffin is in bed with his daughter, she’s under the blanket giving him a BJ, she comes up and they snuggle, and he says, “Maybe we should open a window.”
Jesus. How does McFarlane get away with pretending to be a lefty?
Also classic are the endless depictions of people with their bodies torn to pieces by gunfire.
Seth is getting fat, very fat, so maybe he’ll become fully obese and decide to get out of sight. Here’s hoping so.
Obama isn’t a lefty either, BTW. The left is as shamed by these fictitious adherents as the right is shamed by their real ones.
(The delay that might mean your post never made it and you need to try again until it appears, and the lack of a “your post is awaiting moderation” prompt, leads to the double posts I see here. Still, a good blog. I like it.)

After watching Stewie’s “You’re a bad boy” moment with Colin Farrell, I have to take back every awful word I said against Seth MacFarlane. I put that scene in my Top Seven funniest things in the whole world ever. (And I LIKE Colin Farrell.)
You’re not fat, Seth! Come back anytime.
