Actually, the more I think about it, I think Don just remembered that he and Ted are not equals and it’s not wise to treat him as such.
He found out Ted wasn’t even creative enough to come up with a convincing cover for why he and his junior were out together, alone, after hours.
Oh, I thought it was wonderful! Shooting Ken in the face, ignoring him, then using the answer to the “wtf happened there” question as just a way to move the plot/careers of Pete and Bob was a really great way to emphasize how out of control Ken’s life is and how irrelevant he is to the office now. Remember when Ken called the shots? Remember when Ken a had “work” and his “real life”?
This is gross, but I had this weird thing happen at lunch today where there were little bugs all over, well, not all over, but definitely in my food (#organic) (I was eating outside) (but, also, idk? where did they come from?!) So, I dramatically threw my food away, container and all, lit the trash can that contained the food on fire, rinsed my mouth out with gasoline then came back in to work.
Basically, what I’m saying is, this thread is really helping me! I’m going to go order whatever you guys had. thx
Cool cool cool cool cool!
I don’t like eating eggs that look like tampons. Too literal.
(Gloria Steinem is still alive, dude)
You know how the Pulitzer committee doesn’t always award a Pulitzer prize in every category every year? Maybe the Oscars should try that.
I actually liked this and forwarded it to at least one friend. But while watching it I thought to myself “ugh, she seems Christian” so … yeah, I’m a garbage person.
^^1000 upvotes for that
Does this make anyone else really sad? I mean, cool that they pulled this off (seriously, good job!) but watching his hologram explode (Jesus!) was a little much
I don’t know!
Michelle and Busy
Jean Dujardin’s face
Chris Rock (really, he probably should have stayed and hosted)
Jean Dujardin’s face
But, isn’t it a little strange that in depicting women as “fully realized human beings” we’ve skipped directly from submissive/one-dimensional to three-dimensional and basically awful? Maybe that’s not real progress? Idk!
Full disclosure: I will watch Girls.
Totally missing how those two things relate.
I though Kristen Wiig was hilarious in retirement. I was dying. Until the very last time she went on stage, then it seemed like overkill. But the first two times: very good
And then she makes a YouTube video about it but she’s totally not racist (because, as will be revealed in a later episode, there’s a picture of Lucy Liu in her copy of Seventeen magazine from 2000) (and in her wallet)
I may be tardy for this party, but seriously Gabe, this is amazing.
I mean…uh, you’re pretty good at this and stuff, you know?
