Oops donna darko on that one!
hmm, I actually assumed it was a strip club. Hot dog stand makes much more sense
One time somehow I got into a twitter “conversation” with Gabe about how I was using my oven to toast bread, and he shamed me by saying I should get a toaster oven. Then I got a (used) toaster oven and I use it for everything. So Gabe basically saved me money on my electrical bill, and also the environment. #thanksgabe
I am a Wolverine (the character) superfan and the bone claws gross me out so much. In the first Nagasaki scene I actually though they were bamboo claws, which was kind of gross but cooler than bone.
omg no one mentions all the flour flying around? how she *wipes her hands* using a FAN?!?!?! ugh so gross.
You guys are nuts. Alyssa Edwards is an international treasure and I hope they bring her back.
I feel like every action any character takes is shoehorned in. No character acts in any kind of consistant way and that is what makes me the most frustrated.
I don’t believe that Hannah’s dad (or mom) would just be so angry and cavalier about Hannah’s obviously disturbed behaviour. I understand that he wouldn’t lend her money, but when she’s in NYC poking holes in her ear drums and telling him she’s about to be sued for not working, I’m pretty sure he would not just yell at her to get her act together. Not considering he is set up to be this loving and weak parent.
Last week Adam’s girlfriend is delightful and well-adjusted. This week we are supposed to dislike her because… she is clear on what she wants during sex (as Kelly said)? I don’t even understand why she is still with him after seeing Adam’s creepy apartment and the very disturbing rape/rape-rape? last week.
I don’t feel like any of the characters is well developed enough and therefore behave only according to whatever the scene or storyline needs. It’s really infuriating to me because otherwise I do enjoy many aspects of the show.
Alyssa is winning me over – her faces are hilarious and amazing. I want so badly for Alaska to shine but I feel like she is not “bringing it” to the runway. She seems like a washed out version of herself.
I’m actually loving this season more than the previous three. I think the jokes are funnier and there is less wink-wink “oh aren’t we cute” stuff going on.
I am re-watching Community seasons 1 – 3. I wish that the characters were more nuanced because even though the writing and acting is great I don’t actually care about anything that happens. It’s like watching Scooby Doo and I don’t mean that in a good way.
I’ll still watch season 4 though.
I like to eat soup that is literally just off the boil. Some of us have iron mouths!
ugh this show presses on my last nerve. It legit makes me angry. All the characters are unrealistic and unsympathetic.
I hate this garbage tv show, for real.
I’m not sure why you are getting down voted for these comments – I agree with both.
I was so confused by that first clip because it’s been years since I watched Kids and I honestly thought it was from the Casper the Ghost movie.
All three current seasons are amazing. Season three took a bit of time to get into because of the loss of Nathan, but it was still excellent TV.
Uh, Drag Race would obvi be the best show to cover.
“Let’s talk about reading”
YOU GUYS PARIS IS BURNING and DRAG RACE ARE THE BESSSSST
I didn’t make these, I only found them.
More Double Dog Dares like in the olden days! Those were the absolute best.
I don’t know, I’ve never had a problem being logged into both VG and FB at the same time and not crossposting.
What I would like is an “edit” or “delete” comment option – at least for 5 minutes after posting (like on The Hairpin)
American Horror Story is amazing. It is camp straight-up. Nothing ever makes logical sense, and yet I never regret watching it.
Uh, obviously the season 3 winner should have been TOCARRA
I kind of love Chris Lilley, but sometimes I worry a bit about his portrayals of other races and ethnic groups. On the other hand:
