There is no way that this airtight lawsuit against Dr. Phil won’t hold up in court. From People:
A woman has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Dr. Phil McGraw, two producers and another doctor in what she alleges is a case of false imprisonment, practicing without a license, indecent exposure, battery, fraud and more.
Shirley Rae Dieu, 56, of Irvine, Calif., claims she was seeking therapy from Dr. Phil in his Hollywood office in 2007 when she allegedly was held captive and “forced to be in the same room with a completely live naked man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all,” according to her filing.
Nothing seems more likely than that a fraudulent blowhard TV doctor making millions of dollars would hold a woman involuntarily in his Hollywood office and forced to look at a man without any clothes on. IT SIMPLY MAKES THE MOST SENSE.

Dieu further alleges she was deprived of sleep and food, “brainwashed” and “subjected to edited tapings depicting her as a different personality other than her own.” On Oct. 9, 2007, she claims Dr. Phil touched her left breast during a therapy session.
“[Dr. Phil] is nothing like what he’s like on TV,” Dieu told PEOPLE by phone, adding that another woman will be joining her suit. “You have no idea what I and this other woman went through.”
She is right that we have no idea what she went through, since what she went through makes no sense. “Subjected to edited tapings depicting her as a different personality than her own”? Sure, that sounds like a real thing. Normally we are only subjected to edited tapings depicting us as same personalities as our own, not different. MIND CRIMES.
I hope she sues him for a trillion dollars.

I have to admit, it would not suprise me. He’s a psychologist who gets constant praise from a tremendous portion of the country, and gets to watch himself spitting out advice on t.v., knowing exactly how many people are also watching him, listening to his advice. Everyone gets crazy ideas and psychologists’ crazy ideas usually put people into situations they don’t want to be in, for better or worse. The rest of us have a thick You Can/You Can’t line for our crazy ideas, but that line gets smaller and smaller the more famous you get. He’s not only famous, but he believes that everything he says and does that got him famous is helping people.
But the woman might just want moneys.
