More free advertising for the MTV Movie Awards, but these things just keep being really funny. The latest is Andy Samberg for Best Female Performance in “Evenings With Miss Elouise,” for which Anne Hathaway should win some sort of award for keeping a straight face:

    I don’t know. Not terribly funny. Certainly no better than the best fight scene spoof. Though this was funnier than any Lonely Island offering. Go ahead, vote it down. You know I’m right.

    I hate to be all reactionary hipster, but it seems everyone went from loving Andy Samberg to “I don’t get what’s so funny about Samberg.”
    I’ve only seen an unfunny Andy Samberg on SNL. And given the general consensus of SNL not being that great for the last 5-10 years, i don’t think Samberg is the problem.

    This sketch is funny. Andy Samberg is funny. The Lonely Island is funny. Let’s all technojeremy, ok?

    I actually really like Andy Samberg and the The Lonely Island. Does this mean I am out of the Cool Kids Club? :/
