I could do without the Jack Johnson guitar strum technique (a reason to loathe anyone playing an acoustic guitar under the age of 25), but the kids…the kids are amazing.

Listening to them singing Viva La Vida makes me (temporarily) not hate Coldplay, if only because they provided the opportunity for these kids so sing it… so much better, too.

Pfffft. When I was that age we totally got to sing the “Believe it or Not,” the theme to the Greatest American Hero. Never you mind that I had no idea what the hell that meant at the time and that this occurred about 15 years after the run of the actual show.
Um, I don’t know.
Isn’t this kind of like making your baby wear a Clash onesie?
Considering the fact that most choruses don’t perform original songs created by their directors or singers, I’m gonna go with no. These kids are awesome and we should just let them own their awesomeness. Being incredulous all the time is exhausting.
And maybe a bit overemoting?
