Andy Rooney, who we all LURVE, did his complaint column, “a few minutes with Andy Rooney,” about taxes on 60 Minutes last night. He has an idea for solving all of American’s tax angst:
Pretty solid! Other than the fact that it would never happen or work. But these days this is the most lucid Rooney gets. (My favorite line is definitely: “I made more money last year than I ever had in my life.” Somebody tell Andy Rooney about the economic crisis!)

So Andy thinks all salaries should be public knowledge? Is this information going to be compiled in a list called The Quarterly Golddigger Index? That would be helpful for me in planning my financial future.

this is pretty much done in sweden and norway. anyone can see the more or less see the income of all residents.. no problem with it.. but im not sure about the profits of it either..
