If I didn’t see this on TV last night with my own eyes, I would believe it was a joke. Burger King is selling kid’s meals with a re-mix of “Baby Got Back” celebrating “square butts.” Because Spongebob Squarepants is involved. Of course:

Everyone on Fox News is expected to collectively get hysterical in 5…4…3…2…

  2. Because you know how much kids love Sir Mix-a-Lot
McDonalds should get back and them with some Salt n’Peppa or if we want to be REALLY relevant to kids, Sugarhill Gang. “I said a mc-nug-a-micky-a-micky to the mcnugget you can’t stop but dip it in the sweet-and-sour-sauce…”

  3. I fucking love this. No amount of internet hate could make me lose my love of this.
    SQUARE BUTTS FTW!

  4. good thing they cleared up that cross promotion at the end … because I honestly didn’t see the correlation between sponge bob and burger king… and square butts.

still seems WEIRD for a children’s meal ad. but whatev.

  5. what, dudes can’t have square butts too, Burger King? If you’re going to be crazy and kind of offensive, at least be an equal opportunity employer.

  6. Don’t miss out on the full 2:33 version!

  7. “Booty is booty.” I need that embroidered on a sampler.

  8. i used to like BK commercials. this is just awful. the king is supposed to be creepy! he has no soul! soulless kings with eyes of the abyss do not do parody raps!

  9. Those butts are clearly rectangle.

At least they used a relevant artist like Sir Mix-a-Lot. Think if they had gotten a rapper that kids these days wouldn’t remember because his greatest hit came out in the early nineties.

  11. DUDE. YOUR BK KIDS MEALS ARE ONLY 99C??? Wow, aussies are SO ripped off.

Yeah my biggest shock was the 99c price!

Although I do dislike the whole sexuality used for a kids commercial, wtf? That aint right!!

  13. “It’s a commonly held truism that if you can imagine a sexual fetish, there is some kind of pornographic outlet for that fetish.”

Thank you, BK. Now I have an outlet.

  14. Oh my God, I totally that I had dreamt that commercial at 2:00 in the morning.
Or that it was on Mad TV or something :/

  15. i was very disappointed with the failure to conjure up a spongebob-themed replacement for MAHH ANACONDAAAAA

I could hardly believe this was a Burger King commercial. “Booty is booty” — despicable in a commercial from such a family oriented and respected company. Burger King has sunk “low” to sell a product.

WHAT?? BK recently had commercials so violent that it was shocking! Are these square butts worse than running the king over with a car? Or angry burgers? What’s that about. Is this what our society is coming to when horrible violence is more accepted than a little fun with dance and square butts!

    Square pants are sexual?

Heh, people need to lighten up. Parents who find this offensive shouldn’t be parents.
