This video of a NY1 news report on Harlem residents replacing the word “ni$$a” with the word “president” has been circulating for a few days now, and there seems to be some confusion over whether or not it’s real. Well, it’s not real. Gothamist reports that “A NY1 rep confirms, “That was not at anytime a news story on NY1, nor is the person in the piece a NY1 employee.” Right. Also it just looks pretty fake after the first 30 seconds. And it really doesn’t help to thank Disposable Television right in the YouTube description if you want to pretend that something is a real thing. Looks like someone needs to go back to Sal Lupo’s School of Hoaxes for a remedial course in Covering One’s Tracks. Still, pretty great.

Haha. Menace II Society re-release. You know that Hollywood, always re-releasing a movie with the new memes added in. Total memeheads over there. YO DAWG WE HEARD YOU LIKE MEMES IN YOUR MOVIES IN YOUR MEMES SO WE PUT A MEME IN A MOVIE IN A MEME SO YOU COULD WATCH MEMES IN MOVIES IN MEMES IN MOVIES WHILE YOU WATCH MEMES.
