Stephen Colbert regularly mentions House, MD‘s Dr. Gregory House on his show, and last night House returned the attention by displaying a framed photo of Stephen Colbert on House’s shelf:

House would be friends with a conservative blowhard TV host. It makes total sense! Done and done. (Via No Fact Zone, who’ve dug up some videos of Colbert mentioning House.)

Its a shout-back to the picture that Colbert has of House on his shelf. Colbert has the pictures of his favorite tv doctors on his shelf behind his desk: House, Cosby and Rick Springfield (for whatever soap he played a doctor on.)
