Life, for the most part, is difficult and unfair. The majority of people on the planet live in poverty and know suffering in a way that you or I couldn’t imagine (regardless of whether or not we’ve seen Slumdog Millionaire), but even for those of us who live in the United States of America, a lot of our privileged time is still spent coping with the unwelcome surprises and minor (sometimes major) pains of an indifferent universe. In the words of Vince Offer, “life’s hard enough as it is, you don’t want to cry anymore.” So, you plow ahead and distract yourself from morbid thoughts of mortality and the disappointment of your failed dreams. Maybe you take up a hobby, or you make sure that the family has dinner together at the dining room table five nights a week. And maybe you record an a-capella rendition of the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s “Maps” and post a video of yourself in drag performing it in your living room on YouTube.
Whatever it takes to get through the day.

The Klumps Klumps Klumps.
He totally practiced this by playing Rock Band.
Agreed. I was going to say that I blame/thank Rock Band for this.
aaaand scene. this is awesome.
completely unecessary, but totally hilarious.
VIRGIN ALERT!!!!
way better than the original.
why does he hate the yeah yeah yeahs so much?
God DAMN, Gabe. You just dropped the hammer. I hope this guy never finds this.
Note that bass in the back requires hand signals to let you know why he’s there. Otherwise he’d feel pretty silly not having a reason to be there.
That ruled.
It’s just good enough to be really, really sad. Somebody please go make friends with his sorry ass.
This is kinda good? If you scroll low enough so that you don’t see the video, it’s even better? I didn’t realize they were all the same guy until like 10 seconds in, which is kind of a long time.
Fucking wow! I love this!
Merriweather Post Pavilion b-side?
this goes from sad to funny to sad pretty instantaneously
Cramazing
