Damon Weaver, the 10-year-old Florida fifth grader who made the election ten times more adorable with his YouTube videos like “Joe Biden Is My Homeboy” and “Damon Weaver Gets Dissed By John McCain,” has a new video out: a polished pitch asking Barack Obama to let Damon interview him during the week of the inauguration:

I just have one question: WHERE IS DAMON’S SIDEKICK, OMARI? If he was in this video, I missed him. Bring back Omari! (Via Paul Scheer.)

    I am a crazy mean heartless bitch, hardwired to deeply hate precocious children with a serious vengeance. And even I am totally smitten with Damon Weaver. I DO believe that the children are our future! I get it now!

    Seriously though, that kid is pretty much the greatest thing ever.
