Reuters reports today that Brad Pitt is now the most dangerous celebrity to search for on the internet.

The Hollywood hearthrob Brad Pitt has overtaken Paris Hilton as the most dangerous celebrity to search for in cyberpace, according to the second annual study of by Internet security company McAfee.

The company found Web users searching for “Brad Pitt,” “Brad Pitt downloads,” and Brad Pitt wallpaper, screen savers and pictures had an 18 percent chance of having their computer infected with online threats, such as spyware, spam, phishing, adware, viruses and other malware.

Um, I don’t support internet crime or anything. But if you’re searching for “Brad Pitt downloads” I’m not sure you need a computer. After the jump, some of the least dangerous celebrity Google searches.

That list could go on forever! There are so many celebrities who are not as famous as they used to be, or who are not considered conventionally good looking! Seriously, though, you guys. It’s 2008. Enough with the wallpapers. I want the internet to be permanently shut down as much as the next guy, but for the right reasons, not out of embarrassment.
