This is what everybody seemed to be talking about all weekend so here goes: Oh hey, did you hear that Amy Winehouse punched a fan while performing at the Glastonbury music festival and there’s video of it? And did you also hear that Jay Z sang the Oasis song “Wonderwall” at the Glastonbury music festival and there’s video of it?:

It seems that both artists sounded very bad, but that one artist was sounding bad because she’s on drugs and the other artist was sounding bad because he was playing a joke and sounding bad on purpose because he doesn’t like Oasis. He should stick to playing Connect 4!*

* Kidding!

  1. The Jay-Z video did make me laugh. I thought it was rather well played.

  2. Hi, I’m Jack White. You fans are all assholes because you didn’t appreciate Amy’s performance. Granted, she sounded horrible – like a crackhead singing Amy Winehouse songs on the subway – but don’t you realize that when she’s dead and buried, you’ll get to tell your kids you saw the Janis Joplin of your generation mere months before her untimely demise?
