Wish you could start your morning with hand exercise, but fear that you don’t have the time? Well, stop! There’s no better way to jumpstart your day than with these two and a half solid minutes of hand exercises, and the best part is that everyone can fit it into their schedule. Can’t do it at home? Do it on the train to work! Can’t do it on the train to work? Do it in your morning meeting! Can’t do it in your morning meeting? Go to the bathroom and stand in front of the mirror and watch yourself doing it! Don’t worry if someone comes in and sees you — it’s likely they’ve already done their morning hand exercises and understand completely, or probably they’ll just be jealous! Good luck, and stay loose! 1. Woof, you guys I don’t know what this says about me but I tried this and could not keep up for the life of me. He lost me like 20 seconds in. My hands are so out of shape. My hands have a body fat percentage of 89. My hands are at an elevated risk of heart failure and diabetes. My hands need to get their act together, basically.

    • It really wasn’t very nice of Kelly to make us start off with the advanced techniques. We’re not all professional bloggers with incredibly limber and coordinated fingers!

  2. I’ve been trying to convince my wife for years to get in some early morning hand exercise to wake us BOTH up, but she’s not going for it.

  3. Thank you Kelly, but I already have a hand exercise routine.

  4. He (she?) was doing the itsy bitsy spider move there for a minute. Catch that?

  5. Okay in all seriousness is there a beginner’s version of this? As a knitter who experiences a fair amount of small joint pain on a regular basis, I am actually very interested in being able to do any of these things! Is it too early in the morning for me to be so earnestly interested in a joke?

  6. Oh thank god! My Labyrinth routine was getting kind of stale.

  7. what is this, cirque du PALMeil?
