Some mornings I just love to sit back and watch the fruit dance. (Via SayOMG.)
Fruit Dance, aka, Fruit Fly Dance, aka, Mold.
There’s always money in the banana dance.
I find the banana dance a-peeling.
There was so much carnage in that dance. I was not ready for it.
Yeah if I was the main banana I would be terrified. Friends getting skinned alive, other friends getting literally cut down in the prime of their life. What a scary procession, this fruit dance.
No wonder he’s so glassy-eyed. Someone needs to hug that banana.
I’d like to know how they stayed high long enough not to lose interest in that project.
If VG had a patron fruit it’d be the banana.
Specifically a rastabanana.
I love this! I love stop-motion animation! I wish more movies and TV shows used it these days instead of CGI! I really love stop-motion!!!
Stop motion is pretty sweet. Have you ever seen Wallace and Gromit? That may be claymation not stop motion, not sure if there is even a difference, but all the short films are great. There is one where Wallace is out of cheese and the stores are closed, so logically he decides to build a rocket and go to the moon, because of how the moon is made of cheese. I challenge you to find something not awesome about that sentence.
Was that the inspiration for Newt Gingrich’s run for the presidency?
High five for W&G!!! When my siblings and I are excited, we do the loosely-clenched fist shake that Wallace does.
Every day at work, I do the Gromit.
also, my friend makes purses and totes. He was talking about how he had to buy some grommets. My only response was “Cheese Gromit!” because I am five years old.

In high school I took a first-aid/emergency rescue class to get out of gym for a semester, and for my final project I made a stop-motion animation movie of Barbies rescuing each other from drowning in my bathtub. It was so poorly done and my hands were in almost every shot, and for some reason I thought it would be hilarious to have a robot appear in a cloud of smoke to deliver some water safety wisdom. It was so awful, but against all odds my teacher loved it.
YouTube link or it didn’t happen.
I went to high school in the stone age so I only have it on a VHS tape somewhere
Find it and mail it to me along with a VCR or it didn’t happen.
This creepy arm is stop-motion, right? It’s not his real arm?
I was just thinking, why doesn’t every digital camera have a “photo overlay” feature? Like, select a shot you’ve already taken, then go to shooting mode and see a blend of the original and the live camera. Think of the fun stuff you could make with that (including stop-motion animation.)
I’m not going to lie. I was really disappointed that this was not a stop motion Peanut Butter Jelly Time.
Well now we simply have to make this happen.
