Can you imagine for a second what it must be like to work at TMZ? And actually, can you imagine for a second what it must be like to date or be legally wed to someone who has one of the more upsetting jobs at TMZ? “My day was fine, honey, how was yours?” “Oh, it was great. Got a huge scoop from Mark-Paul Gosselaar after shouting at him while he was trying to mind his own business and walk from a restaurant to a car. You know that show Saved by the Bell? Well, looks like they’re going to do a reunion of that show if the show Girl Meets World goes well.” “What? Those two things don’t seem to go together. Are you sure you weren’t kind of forcing the–?” “YES I AM SURE, THIS IS MY JOB, PLEASE SHOW ME SOME RESPECT.” From TMZ:

It’s the greatest news you’ll hear all day … Mark-Paul Gosselaar is officially ready for a “Saved by the Bell” TV spin-off thingy … telling TMZ, if “Boy Meets World” can pull it off so can Bayside High!

Mark-Paul … a.k.a Zack Morris … was leaving B.O.A. Steakhouse this weekend, when our photog asked if he’d be watching the revamped version of “Boy Meets World” known as “Girl Meets World” — set to premiere soon.

And not only did Mark-Paul say he’d watch the show … but if it’s good, he said “maybe we’ll do a reunion as well.”

So there you have it! Get psyched for a Saved by the Bell reunion that nobody would ever even think about wanting, in the case that the Boy Meets World reboot Girl Meets World is considered good by Mark-Paul Gosselaar.  Voice your opinions in our poll after the jump.

  1. I hope B.O.A. stands for Beef On Arrival.

  2. All I know is he was great when he recently guest starred on Happy Endings and Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23. I think he should just guest star on every show.

  3. Who will play Lisa Turtle?

  4. Haven’t checked the numbers, but pretty sure Franklin & Bash beat American Idol in the ratings again this week. He would never leave that show, wouldn’t happen.

  5. This is never going to happen. Give me a break, Mark-Paul GosseLIAR!

  6. I think my “favorite” thing about the TMZ television show is how they ask completely random questions of the celebs they see, and then they spend about eight minutes discussing the staff’s answers to the question. And then the segment ends without the audience seeing what the celeb’s answer is! I don’t really care about what some athlete thinks about the Beyonce lip-synching controversy, but just for the sake of closure, show that footage!

I just really need to find something better to watch while I make my dinner, because this one thing makes me so angry.

  7. I never watched TMZ. I always see it on at the gym and alls I see is some old queen talking to a bunch of young people who keep raising their hands while he sips his latte.
