This is a British viral marketing attempt video for some sort of Human Resources software program for offices. At least they went all out:
While on the one hand it’s cringe-worthy for a company to make their viral video campaign a carbon copy of a popular TV show that went off the air (there) many years ago, on the other I have now heard of ERP Industries or whatever, so who’s the sucker now. This does seem to be the viral video idea the real (or “the real”) David Brent would insist on using, though. Meta! (Thanks for the tip, Mark!)

That man is freakishly similar to Ricky Gervais. They have the same voice!!
Except for their mannerisms. I don’t think this guy ever saw The Office, he just heard his friends talk about it. You can’t expect a look alike to have the comedic timing of Gervais.
I deem this fail.
