Can you believe it’s been just SIX WEEKS since the world discovered Pensacola, Florida’s magnificent musician and music video star Mark Gormley? In that time, Mark’s videos have skyrocketed him to worldwide fame, and his phone has been ringing off the hook with offers from TV shows (most notably Jimmy Kimmel), concert bookers and fans from all over the world. But so far, Mark has remained above the fray, refusing all offers and giving just one interview, to the local show that launched him, in which he won our hearts all over again by claiming “I’m just little old me from Pensacola”.
But now he’s back with a new music video, “The Cries In Our Eyes.” As the Uncharted Zone VJs explain (with a “Mark Gormley Alert!”), the video is based on what could have happened if Mark hadn’t resisted the temptations of the fame machine.

Right?? You know, as much as we would all like to share Mark Gormley, his videos, and, especially, his approach to life with the entire world, let’s pray he chooses not to do a reality show or anything crazy like that. Because fame does strange things to people, and we would all cry if our sweet Mark Gormley turned into an asshole. (However, if anyone in Pensacola is reading this and you see Mark around, please get your picture taken with him and send it to us!)
