The 2012 People’s Choice Awards happened last night hosted by The Big Bang Theory‘s Kaley Cuoco! GREAT! The only REAL our awards show, each winner completely decided on by the us somehow. Maybe through call-in votes, or maybe through some sort of online ballot, or maybe you had to send in a tear-out from a magazine, I’m not sure, but I am sure that we all must have voted somehow because all of our favorites won just kidding! I can’t believe the kind of stuff that won this thing! For example, guess what won “Favorite Cable TV Comedy.” I’ll give you one million guesses. Are you finished guessing? YOU’RE WRONG! HOT IN CLEVELAND WON!
Not to ruin any kind of idea you’re supposed to have that I actually watched this awards show last night because I have to admit that I did not, but I’m reading about it now and HOLY MOLY WHAT A BORING AWARDS SHOW! The musical guests were Faith Hill and Demi Lovato, if that tells you anything about what the night must have been like. I didn’t know Faith Hill was still making music and I am aware that the name Demi Lovato is famous but FOR WHAT? And then I don’t think anything else happened! People got awards that I have to imagine they don’t really care about and then everyone went home. Honestly, the big news is that Robert Pattinson got a haircut. (You can see a picture of it in the photo gallery.) (It’s for sure a haircut.) So since the only thing that did happen is that people and things that you would never expect in a billion guesses got awards (PRETTY LITTLE LIARS GOT FAVORITE CABLE TV DRAMA!), why not check out the gallery and then the full list of winners after the jump:

Pretty Little Liars, while an entertaining show, is in no way the best cable TV drama. That honor goes to Make It Or Break It and everyone at ABC Family knows it.
