At least someone has the courage to stand up for what is right and defend the integrity of the people who made Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 against phony taglines. Doesn’t anyone even have any integrity anymore?

  1. I can’t believe I’m about to argue with that guy…

I remember TMNT3 having the subtitle “Turtles In Time”, so there.

  2. I can’t wait for his Worst Buy video!

  3. freudian slip at 0:12

  4. Its like a physical manifestation of Youtube comments

  5. Everything he said reminds me of Patton Oswalt’s reasons to lose weight:

  6. I LOVED Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! I remember playing the video game in an arcade and it was one of the three games I owned for the NES. And I also almost saw them in concert? That would have been terrible.

    • wait how would a concert ever even happen? like what music would they play? who would be like “yup, teenage mutant ninja turtles in concert, this is where my $30 is going.” no no no wait lets first tackle the question of how would they appear on stage? Would it be guys in suits or like holograms? and either way, would they have to tour then because couldnt they all be on stage at once everywhere? Did Superman have one suit or a closet full of suits to wear each day?

      • Well, I was probably around 11, so I didn’t remember the details, but here are the facts (from Wikipedia):

The “Coming Out of Their Shells” tour featured live-action turtles playing music as a band…

The track listing is as follows:

        “Coming Out of Our Shells!”
        “Sing About It”
        “Skipping Stones”
        “Pizza Power”
        “Walk Straight”
        “No Treaties”
        “April Ballad”
        “Count on Us”

Since the tour was sponsored by Pizza Hut in real life, there are many references to their pizza. Empty Pizza Hut boxes are seen onscreen during the “Behind The Shells” VHS. As part of a cross-marketing strategy, Pizza Hut restaurants gave away posters, audio cassettes of “Coming Out of Their Shells”, and “Official Tour Guides” as premiums.

Hahaha… with songs like Pizza Power, No Treaties, and April Ballad, who WOULDN’T go see a TMNT concert?

        • I am at work and unable to watch the video, but I love that “No Treaties” is thrown in there with a bunch of seemingly innocent songs. Like woohoo pizza, skipping stones, not signing any treaties because we want war! yay!

      • I saw an ad on the top of a cab for The Little Mermaid on Ice. Let’s tackle that one first.

  7. I also really wanted to be one of the characters for Halloween. I remember wanting to take a large cardboard box, paint it like the turtle van, and put it over my bike. This did not happen, and foreshadowed my adult habits of having big ideas, but never getting them done.

  8. I can kind of identify with him. Although I would never make a video about it, it irritated me when “Raiders of the Lost Ark” became “Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark.”

  9. David Koechner?

  10. Our thoughts are with the people what originally did this piece of crap in this dark time of having their faces slapped by the furore over whether the piece of crap they made had a subtitle or not.
