Where I work, so that I can live in an apartment and eat food, we had our “summer party” yesterday. And as usual, the party had a theme. And the theme was “Jersey Shore.” The girls showed up with swells in their hair, and a lot of the guys showed up with massive necklaces over silvery shirts. There were some bikinis. There were hats. Bling. Open bar. Here and there, some passing out occurred. Overall, a pretty good party. “I could live like this,” I thought. “I see the appeal.” The horror, but also the appeal.
