In addition to looking forward to the Ricky Gervais Show, I am also really looking forward to the Funny or Die show, Funny or Die Presents. Based on the trailer above, they will have an episode of Drunk History, I know that Rob Huebel and Paul Scheer made some kind of bank robbery episode, there’s something with Zach Galifianakis, who at this point is all the description you need, I suppose, and the thing that I am most looking forward to is an episode featuring a live performance of Brett Gelman‘s one man show, 1000 Cats. PAH!

I recognize that I have written two full posts gushingly promoting HBO shows this week. SO SUE ME! Is it my fault that a television network actually pulled its head out of its butt for once? Not that I would say no if HBO offered to scratch my back (with cash) in return. It literally would take a $50 gift certificate to Sephora to buy my integrity. (Via @jwoliner.)

I’m gonna go ahead and assume it has lots of Peter Serafinowicz…

    • Peter Serafinowicz is THE BEST! Though I’m afraid he’s not fully appreciated here in the states. WE LIKE OUR COMEDIANS WITHOUT SLEEVES AND WITH THEIR HANDS UP A PUPPET’S ASS! USA! USA! USA! /caps lock

  7. The only thing better than Zach Galifianakis is Zach Galifianakis in a wig.

  8. Why no love for Tim Meadows in the credits? Surely his years of comedic service are worth recognition.

  9. Oh, wow. I forgot about Drunk History. Those videos were amazing. Definitely looking forward to this show now!

  10. did anyone else hear Huebel yell: “PAH!”?

  11. If Adam McKay is involved don’t get your hopes up. Actually, I take that back. As long as Adam McKay and Will Ferrell aren’t allowed into the same room it should still be great.
