I guess if you’re a telecom company in New Zealand and you want to rip off a popular online video, the envy-inspiring, joy-bringing Harvey Danger lip dub made by the College Humor people a while ago would be the one, as long as you’re cool with totally being caught. Even if you use a different song and are all the way in New Zealand, because that’s how the internet works:

Is this really considered “ripping off,” or just an homage? I mean is everybody on http://www.officelipdub.com ripping off the original? Obviously they’re copying, but I thought of them as more of tributes.
